Participants will explore methods to establish clear expectations, implement consistent routines, and use positive reinforcement to encourage student accountability.
A core focus is on developing a strong classroom culture, where respect, safety, and collaboration are foundational. Educators will learn how to set the tone from day one, promote student voice, and build mutual trust to create a cohesive and inclusive learning environment.
The session also introduces the concept of intrusive leadership—a proactive, intentional approach where teachers engage deeply with students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral needs. This leadership style emphasizes being visible, involved, and responsive, fostering a sense of belonging and motivating students to take ownership of their learning.
