About me
Britney Wortham has three years of teaching experience at Hallsville Intermediate, where she is passionate about fostering a love for learning in her students. In addition to her role in the classroom, Britney has had the privilege of coaching various UIL events, including Oral Reading Prose and Poetry, Number Sense, Dictionary, and Art.One of the highlights of her career has been working alongside Mark Gerald, to help coordinate the elementary and junior high UIL district meets this past school year. This experience allowed her the opportunity to collaborate with others and further contribute to the academic success of all our UIL students. Britney takes great pride in her work as both a teacher and a UIL coach, and she is always excited to support her students in reaching their fullest potential.
